Delivery cost depends on where you are, and how much you're ordering.

For UK parcels, we have a flat rate fee of £3.99, and free shipping for any orders over £49.

EU deliveries will cost £6.99 (roughly €8), and free for any orders over £99 (roughly €115)

Deliveries to the rest of the world will cost £8.99 (roughly US$12), and free for any orders over £99 (roughly US$130)

If you're only ordering shade cards, shipping is free, anywhere in the world.

UK shipping takes around 2 days from dispatch.

EU shipping takes around 5-7 days from dispatch.

Worldwide shipping takes 7-10 days from dispatch.

Please note that these are only indications, and your order may take longer to arrive during busy times.

All our online deliveries are posted out using Royal Mail.

If you're overseas, this means it will be passed to your local postal service for delivery.

If your order is overseas, you may need to pay customs or import duties once it reaches you. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. For further advice, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office.

We will not adjust the customs value of your order.

As of 1st January 2021, customers in Europe may also be subject to customs charges. Your order will not include VAT at the point of order, so you may have to pay this when the parcel arrives.
