Forage is Sally's experimentation with Botanical dyeing, using plants foraged from right here on Garthenor Farm. From Rose Hips to Onion Skins, each dyestuff takes slightly differently, and is an exploration of the farm and its seasons.

For this collection, Sally used our ultra soft Beacons as the base. A longstanding classic, Beacons is our DK weight blend of Polwarth, Romney and Hebridean. Rigging is the pure white, Cinder a soft silvery grey, and Basalt a marl of the two.
