Dear Garthenor followers I wonder how you feel about #WoolWeek? Is it an opportunity to make like a mad thing without excuse, guilt, or remorse because hey the hashtag says I must, or do you feel a slight turn off - who needs a hashtag to tell me what to do?

For me it is a combination of both, it’s my party and I make when I want to, and then I remember how much I look forward to joining the various groups and tribes during this #WoolWeek.

It's also one of the reasons I love going to fibre fairs/events to meet and greet other woolly people. We will be at New York Sheep and Wool Festival (Rhinebeck) very soon and it would be awesome to meet any of you that might be attending. We love a woolly chat!

So let's get back to it, Wool Week - I will show you mine if you will show me yours. What's on your pins this week? Get in touch in the comments for this post or hit us up on Instagram or Facebook.

We love love to see your work and hear what you are up to.

I have a tank top/vest on my pins at the moment, it's a sample to show off Preseli and how smooth it knits up for a garment. The colours are the Autumnal pumpkin fest that is Marmalade with a cheeky stripe from Paphos, which does exactly what it says on the label; it wisks you away to a metaphorical greek island fantasy.

Here at Garthenor Organic we all wish you a wonderful #WoolWeek and happy fibre creating.
