Towards the end of 2020 and early 2021, Covid-19, Brexit and Christmas all hit the postal services across the world in an unfathomable way, so inevitably, delays are happening. Please don't worry though, deliveries are continuing, and in the very rare event that a parcel goes completely missing or is undeliverable, you'll get a full refund or replacement.
